Belgian company Minze Health raises €3.9M to further scale its digital health solutions for the treatment of urinary tract problems
Voiding diaries or bladder diaries are a highly valuable diagnostic tool for both patient and physician. A voiding diary is a daily record of the patient’s fluid intake and urinary output and is used by the clinician to get a better understanding of the patient’s condition or the progress and efficacy of treatment.
At Minze, Laura is responsible for office management and marketing. She makes sure everyone’s thirst for coffee and tea is fulfilled, organizes business trips, makes sure all goes well on (foreign) congresses, maintains the social media channels and website and tries to keep the team happy and motivated by organizing “Funzes”.

Lola is now Minze’s R&D Manager. What she actually does? She drafts the flow of our app, designs the accessories (peehat, cup, potty, etc.), does technical tests, sets up user tests, … She sees herself as a mediator between all the other specialists. She gives the right input and constraints to others so they can work their specialists’ magic. As R&D Manager, Lola knows what the user wants and what is technologically achievable.

As Minze’s software development manager, Thomas' primary focus is to get the software running smoothly and to manage the software releases. He is also the scrum master of the Minze software team, which means that he plans and directs the sprint meetings according to the Agile principle .
