At Minze, Laura is responsible for office management and marketing. She makes sure everyone’s thirst for coffee and tea is fulfilled, organizes business trips, makes sure all goes well on (foreign) congresses, maintains the social media channels and website and tries to keep the team happy and motivated by organizing “Funzes”.

Lola is now Minze’s R&D Manager. What she actually does? She drafts the flow of our app, designs the accessories (peehat, cup, potty, etc.), does technical tests, sets up user tests, … She sees herself as a mediator between all the other specialists. She gives the right input and constraints to others so they can work their specialists’ magic. As R&D Manager, Lola knows what the user wants and what is technologically achievable.
As Minze’s software development manager, Thomas' primary focus is to get the software running smoothly and to manage the software releases. He is also the scrum master of the Minze software team, which means that he plans and directs the sprint meetings according to the Agile principle .
At Minze, Gilles serves as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), with as main responsibilities the commercialization of Hospiflow and Homeflow. Organizing sales, setting up and maintaining relationships with distributors and looking for new business opportunities are daily practice.
Meet our CTO: Josef Sageder. Josef is Minze’s Chief Technology Officer, responsible for all technology related to Minze’s devices and loves coming up with new innovative products or features together with the team.
